Mr. Pavan Kankani has total work experience of more than 13 years as Practicing Company Secretary. PK Associates has gradually expanded its resource team and services to provide services relating to IPR, FDI/FEMA, Legal Matters, Liaison, Tax, Audits, Due Diligence, M&A, Winding-up and such other Knowledge Process Outsourcing. PK Associates is a registered Practicing Company Secretary Firm with No. I2007AP59000 with ICSI.
PK Associates has successfully provided services to more than 150 corporate clients so far including setting up, day-to-day compliances, Govt approvals as well as matters related to legal, IPR, FDI, Succession, KPO etc. Clients of JSP Associates include large corporate groups, listed entities, Medium and Small Enterprises (SMEs), LLP’s, Partnership Firms, NGO/Trusts.
