He is the principal partner of the firm. He has behind him a work experience of more than 14 years as a Practicing Company Secretary. He has Pre-Qualification experience of more than 10 years in accounting, taxation, Corporate Consultancy, Banking Consultancy. He has extensive experience in handling corporate restructuring, joint ventures, collaborations, conducting legal due diligence, ESOP, drafting agreements, and rendering opinion on diverse issues under Companies Act, mergers and acquisitions,and Industrial laws. He represents his clients before Regional Director / National Company Law Tribunal.He has experience of handling more than 10 assignments as IRP/RP/Liquidator under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 since Sept-2017. He is also a Registered valuer and conducted valuations for various clients under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

CS VANDANA BAHETI is Commerce Graduate and qualified Company Secretary with more than 5 years of experience in corporate laws including FDI, Securities Laws, Setting-up companies, Corporate Governance for listed entities, due diligence audits, Overall compliance monitoring etc. Vandana has extensively worked for clients to obtain various Govt approvals including Regional Director, Registrar of Companies etc. for clients.
